Surface Above Self

Welcome to the online home of the International Fellowship of Rotarian Scuba Divers (IFRSD).

The IFRSD is the Rotary International fellowship for Rotarians who scuba dive.

We dive as a group once or twice a year, often onboard a live-aboard vessel in exotic destinations like Fiji, Coco Island or Palau, but also on land trips in the Caribbean or other prime diving locations. On each trip we connect with a local Rotary club and contribute to a local project or cause.

If you are a Rotarian, and a diver, then please join this enthusiastic group of globe trotting Rotarians for some great Rotary fellowship and dive the world!

The IFRSD operates in accordance with Rotary International policy, but is not an agency of, or controlled by, Rotary International.

Welcome To Our New Home!

Welcome to our new website! We just went live on Feb. 8, 2010. If it looks a little sparse around here, that's because we need YOU to make the site come to life.

Please register (it's free), leave some comments in the community forum section, upload your dive pictures to the galleries, and let your diving Rotarian friends know we've expanded and upgraded.

Remember, this website will become what YOU make of it!

January 22-29, 2011

Our next land based trip will be to Little Cayman during the week beginning January 22, 2010. Little Cayman is the smallest and least developed of the three Cayman Islands, located 87 miles northeast of Grand Cayman, five miles west of Cayman Brac, 480 miles from Miami and 90 miles south of Havana.

The island itself - just 10 miles long and 1 mile wide - is blessed with 22 miles of spectacular coastline and, just offshore, incredible coral reefs teeming with over 150 kinds of coral and more than 500 species of fish.
